We are looking for an Assistant Sales Team Lead at our high-volume dealership.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team to effectively assist customers in finding a vehicle to suit their needs
- Price and remarket pre-owned vehicles
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; personable
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume dealership.
- Candidate must have a capabilities and experience working as an automotive team leader.
- Must be motivated and enjoy leading a team to deliver the ultimate sales experience.
- Candidate must have familiarity with operations of an automotive sales department and enjoy working in a performance/target based environment.
Valid Ontario driver's license & OMVIC license in good standing are a must.
